How we work
Our approach is non‑directive. We offer space to reflect, rather than advice or instruction, and support each person at their own pace.
Our work is grounded in attachment‑informed and trauma‑aware practice, and is responsive to the emotional, physical, and developmental changes that naturally occur during this season of life.
