Hi, I’m Meleeta, most people call me Mel.

I’m the Clinical Lead at Evolve Well Health, supporting children and families in the Mid North Region of South Australia. 

I’m a Credentialed Mental Health Nurse and Nurse Practitioner Candidate, currently completing advanced training to expand my scope of practice and improve access to care and funding pathways for families.

I bring over 20 years of experience across child health, perinatal care, and mental health nursing. My work has evolved into a strong focus on child and family mental health, grounded in an understanding of development, relationships, and early experiences.

My approach is integrative, trauma‑informed, and child‑centred, with experience in family systems work.

I focus on each child’s strengths, how families communicate and understand their world, and the ways resilience shows up in everyday life.

I aim to provide care that feels steady, calm, and genuinely helpful, support that is responsive, collaborative, and tailored to each family.

I’m also passionate about supporting and mentoring the next generation of paediatric nurses.

Outside of work, I enjoy off‑road caravanning, live music, and time with my family, which help keep me grounded and connected.

Bella 

I’m a Registered Nurse who’s taken the scenic route through nursing and loved it, every step of the way.

I started out as an Enrolled Nurse in 2019 before becoming a Registered Nurse in 2025, building a strong foundation in hands-on, compassionate care along the way.

Most recently, I’ve been working in aged care, where I’ve learned that great nursing is just as much about connection, patience, and a good sense of humour as it is about clinical skills. I’m now diving into a Graduate Certificate in Mental Health, driven by a passion for supporting young people and making a difference early in their mental health journeys.

Outside of scrubs, you’ll usually find me spending time with family and friends, recharging so I can bring my best self to both life and nursing.
