Later life can be a time of emotional transition, shaped by experiences such as loss, health changes, shifting roles, and reflection often holding both vulnerability and resilience.
This service is for older adults aged 75 years and over.
Care may include
Biopsychosocial mental health assessment
Supportive education and guided understanding
Therapeutic arts, expressive and sensory modalities
Transition support
Collaboration with GPs, families, aged care and allied health services
Through a mental health nursing lens, utilising the therapeutic arts, expressive, and sensory modalities, to support emotional regulation, meaning making, and connection.
This is a warm, relational service for older adults seeking emotional support and connection
